摘要: Cows are fed either indoors on a diet of mixed ration or in areas with temperate climates, such as Ireland and New Zealand, the feeding regime dairy beef herds is almost entirely pasture-based. Animal regimes herd management practices linked to differences organoleptic nutritional quality attributes milk, meat/beef products, pasture-based systems being associated superior produce. Consumers generally perceive that milk meat products produced from outdoor grazing pastures “healthier” than produce derived indoor systems, based animals typical rations concentrates. However, while research has demonstrated quality, especially terms fatty acids, different data limited impact human health.
