摘要: Abstract Aim Cardiac rehabilitation (CR) guidelines advocate weight loss for obese patients but mean is small. We sought to determine the extent which patients' characteristics prior CR predict loss. Methods An observational, pre- and post study of routine practice using UK National Audit Rehabilitation dataset was undertaken. Backward, stepwise, multiple linear regression analysis used identify that predicted change in patients. Results In 29,601 undertaking CR, 0.9 kg (SD 4.3; p  Conclusion This first how independently different amounts during free-living individuals. It also largest, registry-based investigate predictors CR. Knowledge more or less can aid: generation guidelines; agreement realistic goals with patients; tailoring management support.
