摘要: Cytochrome P-450 specific for cholesterol side-chain cleavage (P-450SCC) was purified from the bovine adrenal and a antibody raised in rabbits. The antiserum applied immunohistochemical visualization of P-450SCC human cortex. immunoreactivity intense zona fasciculata (ZF) reticularis (ZR) while weak glomerulosa (ZG) normal adrenals. In adrenocortical hyperplasia, marked observed ZG idiopathic hyperaldosteronism inner ZF particularly cells micronodules Cushing's disease, corresponding to with active steroidogenesis. aldosteronoma adenoma syndrome, generally present compact adenomas.
