摘要: The distribution and exchangeability of calcium within subcellular compartments rat pancreatic islet cells was determined in pulse-chase experiments following isotopic labelling with 45Ca2+. In unstimulated islets the mitochondrial fraction showed greatest, insulin secretory granule least, uptake 45Ca2+; subsequently rate loss from each compartment during 120 min order greater than microsomal fraction. On exposure to D-glucose, 16.8 mM, 45Ca all 3 increased after 5 30 stimulation. contrast, theophylline 10 mM caused a significant decrease content little effect on other compartments. These results are discussed relation importance disposition, exchangeability, mobility for initiation control secretion.
