摘要: A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the purpose of analyzing milk fat triacylglycerols by evaporative light scattering detection. With a binary solvent system, comprising dichloromethane and acetonitrile, allowed separation 61 distinct peaks, on basis chainlength number double bonds. Triacylglycerols differing partition numbers were clearly resolved, resolution between peaks same high. An argentation thin-layer method, separating degree unsaturation, provided nine band extracts that analyzed HPLC. By using existing fatty acid methyl ester data these bands, an identity each HPLC peak has been proposed.
