摘要: ObjectiveAdenoid cystic carcinoma is a malignant minor salivary gland tumor that represents <1% of all laryngeal tumors. The submucosal location adenoid (LACC) results in delayed presentation. Here, we present the first systematic review reported cases LACC to determine trends presentation, diagnostic and treatment modalities, patient outcome.Data SourcesPubMed, Web Science, MEDLINE, EMBASE databases.MethodsA search above databases was done identify articles reporting LACC. variables included analysis were demographics, presenting symptoms, location, imaging, treatment, follow-up time, recurrence, outcome.ResultsA total 50 120 review. most common symptom dyspnea (48.8%), followed by hoarseness (43.9%). arose frequently from subglottis (56.7%).
