摘要: We have made a human thymus cell hybridoma that secretes an immunosuppressive monoclonal lymphokine, referred to as suppressor factor (HSF). This modulates the function of CD4+ cells suppressing their IL-2 production and PWM-induced B differentiation into Ig producing cells. Here we examined effect HSF on generation T cell-derived lymphokines regulate growth well expression other proteins involved in control i.e., p55 chain IL-2R transferrin receptor (TFR). suppressed IFN-gamma activity produced by mitogen-stimulated PBMC without affecting responsible for BCGF BCDF activities. Additionally, did not inhibit either (p55) or TFR activated spite causing suppression production. evidence was further supported experiments which selectively accumulation mRNA PBMC. The selective action may help clarify regulatory mechanisms lymphokine gene provide way immune responses autoimmunity transplant rejection be interrupted.
