摘要: A complete nucleotide sequence of two ras-related yeast genes (c- rassc -1 and c- -2) isolated from the strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae is reported. They encode predicted polypeptides 40,000 41,000 daltons, respectively. The N-terminal 170 amino acids both show extensive acid homology to other ras vertebrates, whereas their C-termini have diverged. These should be useful in elucidation a normal biological function simple system like yeast.
