摘要: The imprint and switching behaviors at high temperature have been systematically investigated through the study on poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene) (P(VDF-TrFE)) films without with in-situ synthesized poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonic) acid, poly(vinyl phosphonic) acid (PVPA), copper-phthalocyanine as interlayers. lower rate faster speed are observed for sample PVPA interlayer even after 107 cycles 60 °C. Combined results room temperature, temperature-dependent mechanisms different electroactive interlayers in this system proposed. Therefore, optimum protocol could be designed FeRAM based P(VDF-TrFE) film, which would favor of performance service life related ferroelectric devices temperature.
