Measuring Treatment Response in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Applications of the Brief Observation of Social Communication Change to the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule.

摘要: This study aims to determine the validity and reliability of applying coding strategy from Brief Observation Social Communication Change, a newly validated treatment outcome measure, videotaped segments Autism Diagnostic Schedule. Results indicate strong Change ratings using Schedule in detecting changes social communication over course young, minimally verbal children with autism spectrum disorder. also suggest that when applied segments, may be more sensitive subtle compared Calibrated Severity Scores. These results support application pre-existing datasets videos examine responses.
