Differences in resistance to fenvalerate and cyhalothrin and inheritance of knockdown resistance to fenvalerate in Helicoverpa armigera

摘要: Abstract A resistant strain of Helicoverpa armigera selected by cyhalothrin was used to investigate the relative importance knockdown resistance ( kdr ) for different levels and fenvalerate inheritance fenvalerate. Pretreatment piperonyl butoxide (PBO) decreased ratios from 30.6- 5.0-fold 337.0- 38.0-fold Electrophysiological studies showed that were 10.7- 95.8-fold fenvalerate, repectively, at EC 50 burst discharge neuromuscle preparation, 15.0- 507.2-fold respectively, blocked neuromuscular transmission. It indicated difference in is main reason level between two pyrethroids H. armigera. Analysis probit lines F 1 reciprocal crosses inherited autosomaly as an incompletely recessive factor. The degrees dominance −0.74 −0.78, based on transmission, with pooled generations. χ 2 analysis responses backcrossed offspring might be controlled one major gene. Cross-resistance aconitine detected after applying PBO, indicating sodium channels are susceptible strains
