摘要: Red clover necrotic mosaic virus (RCNMV) encodes N-terminally overlapping proteins of 27 and 88 kDa (p27 p88) known to be required for replication. Green fluorescent protein (GFP) fusions were used visualize the location p27 p88 within Nicotiana benthamiana cells. GFP:p27 localized endoplasmic reticulum (ER), co-localized with ER-targeted yellow caused membrane restructuring proliferation. Cellular fractionation virus-inoculated N. leaves confirmed association ER membranes. GFP:p88 also GFP:p27. Both fusion co-localize cortical cytoplasmic associated invaginations nuclear envelope. Independent accumulation in, perturbation of, suggests that function together in replication complex. This is first report a member Tombusviridae replicating ER.
