摘要: Using an improved electroimmunofixation technique that combines the sensitivity of high resolution agarose gel electrophoresis with specificity immunoprecipitation, we have demonstrated monoclonal immunoglobulin bands in serum patients undifferentiated lymphomas Burkitt and non-Burkitt types. Monoclonal were detected 12 21 extensive tumor, 1 10 minimal tumor. All identified as IgM a single light chain class. Such not lymphoblastic lymphoma (7) or African Burkitt's (6). There was disappearance after therapy reappearance at relapse. These findings, coupled previously reported vitro information, indicate cells secrete isotype. Therefore, such may be potential value tumor markers.
