摘要: The early metabolic events in 33 patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma were analyzed the present study. Twenty-three had Burkitt lymphoma, 3 non-Burkitt undifferentiated and 7 lymphoblastic lymphoma. Eight developed azotemia prior to starting chemotherapy while five did so during first treatment week. All but two who stage C or D disease. Serum LDH correlated well of disease predicted serum levels creatinine, uric acid phosphorus post-treatment period. Surgical excision main tumor mass was associated a low incidence other derangements. Hyperuricemia occasionally obstruction encountered as causes pre-treatment and/or hyperphosphatemia presumed responsible for development post-chemotherapy Two dialyzed renal failure due hyperuricemia one which shortly after chemotherapy. patterns disturbances observed these characterized by following profiles: 1. Azotemia treatment. 2. without period 3. combined developing gradually 4. Increased urine excretion both non-azotemic azotemic patients.
