摘要: The invention provides a novel class of reactive fluorescent agents that are based on pyrene sulfonic acid nucleus. readily incorporated into conjugates with other species by reacting the group complementary reactivity conjugate. Also provided methods using compounds to detect and/or quantify an analyte in sample. In exemplary embodiment, multi-color assays incorporating invention.
