摘要: The cutaneous lesions of adult rats with homologous disease are described, and evidence is presented to indicate that they have an immunologic basis. skin changes included erythema, purpura, edema, a variety inflammatory lesions. In the more active lesions, dermal infiltration, hydropic degeneration, acanthosis, atrophy epidermis hyperkeratosis follicular plugging were present. some cases, ulceration sloughing also observed. More chronic characterized by collagenization dermis disappearance appendages. Rejection autografts was observed simultaneously acceptance homografts. histologic appearance undergoing rejection similar spontaneous suggesting latter, too, had favor this, also, specificity dermatitis for host, sparing neighboring homograft tissue. There similarity between those lupus erythematosus on one hand, scleroderma other, thus supporting possibility these connective tissue diseases man may basis. It concluded rat furnish model human autoimmune disease.
