摘要: Interactions between cells and basement membrane components are crucial for the regulation of epithelial cell differentiation polarization. We have studied by immunohistochemical methods distribution integrin adhesion proteins some their ligands in foetal (16--19 weeks) adult thyroid follicular epithelia. A diffuse immunoreactivity only α3, αv β1 integrins was found epithelium, whereas epithelium these were expressed basally a polarized manner. Additionally, β3 seen more basolaterally confined manner epithelium. Among components, laminin α1, β1, γ1 β2 chains membranes gland, suggestive presence laminins-1 -3. In contrast, presented much weaker chain. Furthermore, α2 chain occasionally glands, apparently to myofibroblasts. Immunoreactivity type IV collagen α1 (IV) as well gland. The results suggest that during maturation distinct polarization takes place. mature presumable adhesion-mediating complexes α3β1, αvβ1 and/or αvβ3 mediating laminin-1 (α1-β1- γ1) trimer α12
