摘要: To investigate whether preferential fat intake by adult rats could be linked to fat-feeding of during the growth period, this paper describes next two studies. Three groups 4-wk-old male in study 1 received one three diets: control diet (CTD), low-fat high-carbohydrate (LFD), and high-fat low-carbohydrate (HFD). After 6 wk (dietary treatment period), each were sacrificed remaining placed on a self-selection regimen fat-protein (FPD) carbohydrate-protein (CPD) for 3 (self-selection period). dietary liver weight plasma insulin concentration LFD group perirenal tissue triacylglycerol leptin concentrations HFD higher than those CTD group. Although no significant difference energy ratio (F ratio) combination diets self-selected was observed, F ratios that CTD. decreased. These data suggested selection pattern associated with reduced basal concentration. 2 after being fed (LFD, HFD) wk. consumed similar 1, other groups. findings suggest consumption fatty food period predisposed them favorably respond had become familiar later life.
