摘要: OBJECTIVE: The aim of the present study was to determine impedance Wistar rats treated with high-fat and high-sucrose diets correlate their biochemical anthropometric parameters chemical analysis carcass. METHODS: Twenty-four male were fed a standard (AIN-93), (50% fat) or (59% sucrose) diet for 4 weeks. Abdominal thoracic circumference body length measured. Bioelectrical used resistance reactance. Final composition determined by analysis. RESULTS: Higher fat intake led high percentage liver cholesterol low total water in the  High-Fat group, but these changes profile not reflected measurements bioelectrical variables. Anthropometric observed High-Sucrose group. However, positive association found between three variables: mass index, Lee index abdominal circumference. CONCLUSION: did prove be sensitive detecting composition, can estimating rats.
