摘要: Abstract The multiple-stage CVD method is the promising technology, which can be realized for rapid and long formation of YBCO tape. In earlier researches, we have fabricated six-stage system, successfully developed 100 m tape at deposition rate 10 m/h. However, over 500 wires are required practical applications. order to achieve this, studied multi-coating layer further high-speed deposition. Five layers were on roll milled non-textured Ag substrate directly. Each was deposited by system 25 After each deposition, temperature went down room temperature. distribution J c within 25% its value same as single coating one. No significant degradation observed. From these results, it indicated that equips more reactors serially, effective way making longer tapes.
