摘要: Sustainable building projects are naturally different from conventional due to the requirement of special materials and practices, as well management commitment sustainability. Therefore, a sustainable project requires additional considerations on many aspects more than project. Although there researches paybacks building, nevertheless, huge numbers barriers also contributes multiple failing within market such knowledge gaps, communication shortfall, ownership structure operating cost responsibility, funding issues risks, other technical process issues. Many researchers believe that planning holds strategic position in overcoming all together. Modifications should be made traditional practices order minimize risks improve chances delivering successfully.  This paper offers ideas recommendations initial concept sustainability integration strategies can practiced throughout towards successful performance building. The is very useful starting point for development practical ‘Sustainability Integration Framework’ during future.
