The current research concentrates particular dimension effectiveness establish whether perceptions about team functioning play at 6 18 months predict 36 48 months. How well functioned stages was found be strongly related later preparations for sustainability. Recruitment integration new members, encouragement subsequently received were also key factors. results strengthen argument providing technical assistance needs those who promote partnerships, provide empirical data hypotheses researchers have similarly correlation between effective support.
