摘要: Abstract Intracellular recordings were obtained from rat nucleus accumbens (NAC) neurons in brain slice preparations. Local stimulations evoked depolarizing postsynaptic potential (DPSP). Injections of low density currents decreased the amplitude DPSP and reversed a later portion into hyperpolarizing potential. Superfusion pentobarbital facilitated reversal this bicuculline abolished polarity reversal. These data suggested that by local stimulation consisted combination an excitatory inhibitory potential, latter was probably mediated γ-aminobutyric acid.
