Elevated RABEX-5 protein expression predicts poor prognosis in combined small cell lung cancer

摘要: RABEX-5 has been studied in various solid tumors, but its role combined small cell lung cancer (C-SCLC) remains unknown. This study aimed to investigate the expression, potential relevance clinicopathological characters and prognostic significance of patients with C-SCLC. Fifty-two C-SCLC who received radical surgery were enrolled our study. The clinicalpathological data survival time reviewed. mRNA protein expression from paired tumor tissues adjacent normal determined, relationship variables prognosis was analyzed.
