摘要: Abstract Eu2+ and Eu3+ co-doped SrSO4 microcrystals were synthesized by employing as the sole doping source in precipitation synthesis. As annealing temperature increases from 200 to 1000 °C, it is found that broad photoluminescence (PL) band of peaking at 378 nm dramatically enhanced intensity cost narrowband emissions 584, 591 612 nm, respectively. Moreover, Two PL bands, one which centered 500 nm while other 625 nm, are recorded upon post annealing. On basis density functional calculations, introduced oxygen vacancy proposed play critical roles tuning SrSO4. hand, responsible for emission reducing Eu2+. acts electron trap luminescence center with result 500 nm. Our results have demonstrated can be tuned simply varying temperature.
