摘要: Abstract SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanocrystalline with crystalline size in the range of 44–54 nm was prepared by co-precipitation method followed thermal treatment and characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX) UV-visible spectrometry. Our results provided direct evidence incorporation impurities into SrSO4. The thermoluminescence (TL) properties pellets irradiated gamma rays at different doses were studied. TL glow curve had a prominent peak around 490 K small 430 K. major almost resolved from other peaks, which analyzed using Chen's shape to determine kinetic parameters such as activation energy, E order, b. intensity main dosimetric increased linearly increase dose. response linear 0.1–7 kGy. These made it candidate dosimeter be used for estimating high dose rays.
