Effects of annealing on the thermoluminescence characteristics of Dy and Tb doped SrSO4 nanophosphor under gamma excitation

摘要: Abstract The influence of annealing temperatures and different crystallite size the thermoluminescence (TL) properties SrSO4:Dy,Tb nanophosphor was studied. phosphor prepared by co-precipitation method. structural characterizations were analyzed XRD, composition investigated EDX morphology determined SEM technique. structure nanocrystalline powders an orthorhombic with average grain sizes 52, 57, 70 113 nm for 600, 700, 900, 1000 °C temperatures, respectively. energy absorption values calculated reflectance spectra results showed that affected numbers which appeared. approximately increased increasing temperature.
