摘要: Abstract We outline an unexpected use of a particular graphical representation DNA sequences, the ‘four line’ [M. Randic, M. Vracko, N. Lers, D. Plavsic, Chem. Phys. Lett. 368 (2003) 1] and how it can facilitate solving problem sequence alignment. The approach is exemplified by two shorter sequences.
