摘要: Abstract Glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) composite materials are finding increased application in aeronautical, automobile and structural applications. Drilling is a complex process, owing to their tendency delaminate used join structures. In the present work, an attempt has been made develop empirical relationships between drilling parameters such as orientation angle, tool feed rate, rotational speed diameter with respect delamination of GFR–polyester composites. The relationship developed by using response surface methodology. model can be effectively predict GFRP composites within factors limits studied. result indicated that increase rate drill increases size whereas there no clear effect observed for angle. spindle shows only little on GFR–Polyester
