摘要: Monkeys are much closer to human and the most common nonhuman primates which used in biomedical studies. Neural progenitor cells can originate from hippocampus of adult monkeys. Despite a few reports, detailed properties monkey neural stem (NSCs) their responses cytokine still unclear. Here, we derive NSCs an brain demonstrate that BMP4 inhibits cell proliferation affects morphology NSCs. Combined treatment LIF or RA Forskolin represses We also show may promote NSC quiescence. Our study therefore provides implications for NSC-based therapy injury future.
