摘要: A method for the purification and subsequent quantification of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) abscisic (ABA) from same sample highly pigmented green tissue has been developed tested in several species. Solvent partitioning high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used purification. Separate fractions HPLC-containing IAA ABA analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) using selected-ion monitoring (SIM). Isotope dilution was to correct incomplete recovery. Results are presented samples 11 different species five plant organs.
