摘要: The main objective of this work is to study and interpret the time dependence ferroelectric polarization in case a periodic variation electric field. It assumed that period oscillations much longer than characteristic relaxation ferroelectric. For process description, we have employed Landau-Khalatnikov equation for which it possible derive an approximate solution. developed approach has been used analyzing influence passive layer presence Kittel domain structure on hysteresis curve.
