摘要: Abstract Human monoclonal anti-Gd and anti-Sa cold agglutinins reacting with red cell long carbohydrate chain gangliosides sialoglycoproteins, resp., were tested various oligosaccharides N-acetylneuraminic acid derivatives in order to determine the minimum requirements for antibody binding of Gd Sa antigenic determinants. The requirement determinant Kn is monosaccharide structure NeuAcα2…, that Hei disaccharide NeuAcα2-3Galβ1… Carboxy group neuraminic essential binding.
