摘要: Cancer cachexia is a multifactorial metabolic syndrome characterized by marked loss of adipose tissue and skeletal muscle. Fat from in cancer partly the result increased lipolysis. Despite growing amount studies focused on elucidating mechanisms through which lipolysis-related proteins regulate lipolytic process, there are scarce data concerning that profile cachectic patients. Considering its fundamental importance, it was our main purpose to characterize expression white Patients University Hospital were divided into three groups: control, (CC), weight-stable patients (WSC). To gain greater insight wasting during progression, we have also analyzed an experimental model (Walker 256 carcinosarcoma). Animals into: intermediate (IC) terminal (TC). Subcutaneous epidydimal animals investigated regarding molecular aspects determining protein content gene hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL), triglyceride (ATGL), comparative identification-58 (CGI-58), perilipin 1, leptin, adiponectin, visfatin, tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha). We found augmented lipolysis CC associated with HSL expression, as well upregulation ATGL reduction 1 content. In IC, imbalance secretion pro- anti-inflammatory factors. The alterations at end-stage even more profound, almost all animals. Our findings show induces important morphological, molecular, humoral tissue, specific stage syndrome.
