摘要: Two components of a receptor complex for IL-13, the IL-4R and low affinity IL-13-binding chain, IL-13Rα1, have been cloned in mice humans. An additional high binding chain IL-13Rα2, has described We isolated cDNA from thymus that encodes murine orthologue human IL-13Rα2. The predicted protein sequence IL-13Rα2 (mIL-13Rα2) 59% overall identity to is closely related subunit, IL-13Rα1. genes both mIL-13-binding chains map X chromosome.
