摘要: Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) is a devastating clinical disease that results from an aggressive pulmonary allergic response to the antigens released by colonizing Aspergillus fumigatus (A. fumigatus) in respiratory system. Many of features ABPA have been reproduced murine models, thereby facilitating detailed analysis inflammatory and immune events surround initiation maintenance this disease. Herein, we describe involvement cytokines chemokines elicited A. spores (or conidia). More importantly, data derived models Aspergillus-induced airway or asthma also suggest specific targeting and/or may provide novel therapeutic strategy treatment ABPA.
