摘要: The effects of sublethal treatments malathion and + permethrin combinations on activities acetylcholine esterase (ChE), carbohydrate-metabolizing enzymes (amylase; lactate dehydrogenase, LDH), protein-metabolizing (alanine aspartate aminotransferase, ALAT, ASAT), as well acid basic phosphatases (AcP AkP, respectively), Kreb's cycle (isocitrate ICDH) were studied sixth instar larvae the red flour beetle, Tribolium castaneum. In addition, levels lipid, cholesterol, glucose, glycogen, proteins, free amino acids (FAA), urea, nucleic (DNA RNA) determined. Malathion (400 ppm) increased activity LDH (53%), concentrations FAA (31%) urea (39%). 400 ppm decreased glucose (20%) glycogen (24%) content but did not affect other biochemical components. Permethrin (200 (20 mixtures ChE (708%) (55%), raised (26%), (24%), (23%), lipid (14%), cholesterol (21%), DNA RNA (8%). decrease in AcP concentration observed with was sustained by mixture. also depressed AkP (30%), ICDH (36%). intensity commensurated dose duration insecticide exposure. Refeeding showed tendencies towards normalization various parameters.
