摘要: Abstract The effect of DDT and DDE, a DDT-non toxic analog, on protein biosynthesis in Triatoma infestans nymphs adult specimens has been studied. increases the vivo rate incorporation dl -leucine-1-C14 into total proteins, while slight inhibitory is observed males. DDE does not appreciably change nymphs, although it appears to be Nymphal microsomes sarcosomes show highest specific activity after injection. This markedly increased by DDT, again inhibitory. A cell-free system obtained from nymphal incorporates proteins presence ATP, an ATP-generating system, GTP, magnesium ions.
