摘要: Aim Inflammation and fibrosis are present in both colonic diverticulitis Crohn's disease (CD). The molecular pattern of basic fibroblastic growth factor (bFGF) syndecan 1 (SD1) expression is altered stenosing CD, but their resected complicated (ACD) unknown. Method The bFGF, SD1 tumour necrosis α (TNF-α) 20 patients after resection ACD was compared with 15 having a for CD. Analysis conducted using real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction biopsy samples. Results Lymphocytic neutrophil inflammation scores were similar groups (P = 0.771 P = 0.562). TNF-α bFGF significantly higher than CD (P < 0.0001 P = 0.009). (P = 0.841). Conclusion TNF-α overexpressed respect to whilst levels do not differ. findings confirm that its association patterns mucosal healing may play an important role the phenotype diseases.
