摘要: Introduction This study aimed to reveal the entire cutaneous nerve distribution pattern of leg and provide a morphological basis for sensory reconstruction during skin flap transplantation. Materials methods Twelve adult cadavers were fixed with formalin, whole subcutaneous fat was removed close muscle surface. The nerves visualized using modified Sihler's staining innervation density nerves. Results saphenous innervated anterior part, 82.2% upper-middle region lateral part anterolateral leg, upper 63.4% medial posterior leg. superficial peroneal 90.1% lower one-third sural covered 26.4% 42.3% (approximately 28.6% overlap nerve) posterolateral number branches differed between certain in Communications observed arborizations four mentioned above. highest primary secondary posteromedial contained intracutaneous total branches. Conclusions These results may be used map regions when designing flaps surgery obtain improved recovery.
