摘要: Introduction The sensory reconstruction of the lower extremity is one main goals in reconstruction. Reconstructive options endowing recovery are limited. The aim this report to evaluate neurotized sural flap foot and ankle defects. Patients Methods Seven cases that were operated for skin defects with reported. largest was 10 cm × 14 size. Median age 38 years. Four on heel, two ankle, dorsum foot. nerve coaptated a recipient seven patients. Results All flaps survived totally. Follow-up time ranged between 9 29 months.
