摘要: In the present work we studied antifungal effect of eugenol and thymol on growth production citrinin from Penicillium citrinum (NRRL 2274 NRRL 2269) in culture media different Spanish cheeses (Arzua-Ulloa, Cebreiro San Simon). The rate was assessed by measuring colony diameters measured using a rapid semi-quantitative fluorometric technique confirmed RP-HPLC.
