摘要: This radioimmunoassay for type I collagen mainly detects degradation products of the molecule in human serum samples. Type antigenicity can be separated into two peaks by gel-filtration chromatography. The larger form represents molecules (as shown immunoblotting experiments), and (or) with aminoterminal propeptide or intact procollagen molecules. smaller form, exact nature which is not known, quantitatively principal antigenic derived from collagen. concentration increased cirrhotic patients, without active liver disease, but also somewhat alcoholic patients cirrhosis.
