摘要: This study evaluated the effects of a commercially recommended concentration (1 mL/L) fungicide tebuconazole (TBZ) on testicular and epididymal histomorphometry Artibeus lituratus, following 7 30-day oral exposure. TBZ30 bats showed reduction in percentage tubules seminiferous epithelium, as well decrease tubule epithelium somatic indexes, tubular diameter. Inversely, these animals increased intertubular compartment, Leydig cells blood vessels. The volume their number per gram testis also bats. Alterations morphometry were observed all regions organ, with increase ductal diameter both exposure times. These results indicate that to low TBZ resulted morphometric changes fruit bats, mainly at exposure, suggesting functional alterations might be occurring organs impacting reproductive capacity.
