摘要: The purpose of this study was to quantify the consequences a long-term exposure low doses cadmium on testicular structure. Sexually mature male mice were orally exposed (0.015g/1 CdCl2 in drinking water) for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months then sacrificed; withdrawal also considered two groups raised with 3 months, without before sacrifice, respectively. Morphometrical stereological estimations applied structural constituents testes. morphological parameters (testicular mass size) significantly decreased at exposure. Interstitium constituent most sensitive so that significant decreases volume fractions interstitium Leydig cells recorded as from Cadmium-exposed seminipherous tubules showed increased diameters lumens together tubular densities epithelial percentages.
