摘要: Abstract We compared the effects of ketotifen, a drug with antihistaminic and antianaphylactic properties, those clemastine, conventional H 1 antihistamine, on cutaneous airway reactions to histamine allergen in atopic asthmatic subjects. Eight subjects received seven mg twice daily, for two periods 3 wk. A 2-week interval separated medication.
