摘要: Background assessment instruments of nail psoriasis have been published in literature as means to standardize the previous subjective assessments authors. Objectives Using Nail Psoriasis Severity Index for evaluation patients with plaque during treatment acitretin. Methods Thirty volunteers were selected study. Twenty (8 women and 12 men) completed The initial dose acitretin was 0.3 mg/kg/day 30 days later raised 0.5 mg/kg/day. collected first evaluation, after 2 4 months. Nails both hands evaluated. Results lesions present all at evaluation. median 20 final score 20.5 (2.5% worsening end study). No statistically significant difference between three evaluations found (X2 = 0.8084, GL 2, p 0.6657). Seven worsened score. Three improved 50% only one had an improvement 75%. Linear correlation showed a weak association percentage PASI (r 0.105, F 2.12, 0.162). Conclusion method easy rapid execution while potentially bringing information about changes plate matrix treatment. does not quantify existing might sensitivity detect small changes.
