摘要: Details are given on a method of tuning hydrogen maser cavity by means variable capacitance diode placed in loop directly inside the cavity. The design loop-in which varactor is placed, connection to an external dc bias, and theoretical analysis whole system (cavity, loop, coupling loop) also given.
