摘要: Based on their unique dye-binding properties, the blood basophil (ba) and tissue mast cell (MC) were discovered by Paul Ehrlich in 1879 [1]. Both types of cells contain proteoglycan-rich granules staining purple after exposure to basic dyes. However, these not only express proteoglycans, but also an array vasoactive pro-inflammatory substances, like histamine, leukotrienes, or cytokines [2-6]. Some mediators (histamine) are expressed both cells. Other substances either MC ba (Table 1). During allergic reaction other inflammatory event, can release granular into extracellular space. The allergen-dependent is mediated specific IgE molecules binding high-affinity receptors (Fc RI) [7]. Allergen-binding followed IgERcross-linking with consecutive signal transduction events culminating degranulation [2,3,7]. IgE-independent from involves surface for cytokines, complement-degradation products, [2,3,8] 2). differ expression membrane response respective ligands [8]. Furthermore, depending environment, maturation stage, activation, may differentially respond distinct agonists. Likewise, obtained juvenile foreskin, those derived adult human lung (lung cancer patients), C5aR (CD88) histamine C5a [9-11].
