摘要: The volatile components of the aerial parts Santolina chamaecyparissus , an aromatic plant North region, Saudi Arabia, were analyzed in two season by GC and GC-MS. Among 39 compounds identified, major Curcumene, alpha-terpinol, p-cymene, 1,8-cineole caryophllene oxide. Quantitative variations have been characterized following season. Oil extract medicinal Santolina, was vitro investigated for cytotoxicity against A549, HCT116, HepG2 MCF-7 cell lines, resulted show high cytotoxic activity against with (97.7 %), but resistance to other percentages inhibition related reference drug (doxorubicin), as long people are looking alternative forms medicine relaxation such aromatherapy this review we confirm use one these as antitumor agent.
